TRINITY40RCE Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: January 15, 2025Welcome to the TRINITY40RCE Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By enrolling as an affiliate (the "Affiliate"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Failure to comply may result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of any commissions.

1. Program Overview

The TRINITY40RCE Affiliate Program is a 1-tier affiliate program designed to reward Affiliates with a 50% commission on each active subscription sale they refer through their unique affiliate link. The TRINITY40RCE Affiliate Program also serves as the fundraising arm of the SVSPPC CASHFLOW CLUBS NPO and the Proper Education And Cooperative Economics (PEACE) Ministries, an IRS 508(c)(1)(a) Faith-Based Organization, empowering communities through financial education and support.

2. Eligibility

Active Subscription Requirement: To participate, you must be an active monthly subscriber of the TRINITY40RCE CRM platform. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or if under 18, you must have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf. Jurisdiction: Participation is void where prohibited by law. Affiliates must provide accurate tax and payment information, including a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), to comply with IRS reporting requirements.

3. Affiliate Registration

To join, you must submit a complete and accurate application through the official TRINITY40RCE Affiliate Program portal. Your ability to earn referral fees is directly tied to maintaining an active TRINITY40RCE CRM subscription. If your subscription payment is not received, all future referral fees will immediately cease on the date your subscription lapses. A 7-day grace period will be provided to renew your subscription. If payment is not made within the grace period, you will forfeit all referrals and commissions associated with your affiliate link. Forfeited referrals and commissions cannot be reinstated, even if you resubscribe later.TRINITY40RCE reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

4. Commission Structure

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 50% of the monthly subscription fee for each sale made through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are earned on the initial subscription payment and recurring subscription payments as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.

5. No Guarantee of Income

Participation in the TRINITY40RCE Affiliate Program does not guarantee income or financial success. Your earnings as an Affiliate depend solely on your own efforts, marketing strategies, and the number of successful referrals you generate. TRINITY40RCE makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that you will earn any specific amount of income by participating in the Program.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out when the TRINITY40RCE subscription payment is received from the referred customer. Minimum Threshold: A minimum commission balance of $48 is required for payout. Payments will be made via the Affiliate's selected payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes associated with receiving payments.

7. Tax Compliance

Affiliates must submit a W-9 form (U.S. residents) or W-8BEN form (non-U.S. residents) to receive payments. TRINITY40RCE will issue a Form 1099-NEC for U.S.-based Affiliates earning $600 or more annually, as required by the IRS. Affiliates, including minors, are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on their commissions in their jurisdiction. For minors, it is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.

8. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates must promote TRINITY40RCE truthfully, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws. Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading advertisements, or other deceptive practices. Affiliates must not bid on branded TRINITY40RCE keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.TRINITY40RCE reserves the right to review and request removal of any content deemed inappropriate or harmful to its brand.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in activities that violate the law, infringe on intellectual property rights, or harm the reputation of TRINITY40RCE. Self-referrals are prohibited, and Affiliates will not earn commissions on subscriptions purchased through their own affiliate link. Offering unauthorized incentives, cash rebates, or discounts in connection with referrals is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination and Disqualification

TRINITY40RCE or the Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.TRINITY40RCE reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation immediately for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions below the $48 threshold will be forfeited. Affiliates who allow their TRINITY40RCE subscription to lapse or are terminated from the Program will forfeit all remaining commissions and associated referrals.

11. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TRINITY40RCE trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes under the Program.Affiliates may not alter, modify, or misrepresent TRINITY40RCE branding or materials in any way.

12. Limitation of Liability

TRINITY40RCE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) resulting from participation in the Program.TRINITY40RCE makes no warranties regarding the Program, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Modifications to the Program

TRINITY40RCE reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program or its Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.
